By accessing or using TaleDreams ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

TaleDreams is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized stories for children. The App allows parents/guardians to create custom character profiles and generate unique stories featuring their children as heroes.

3. Account Registration

To use TaleDreams, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

TaleDreams operates on a subscription basis:

• Subscription fee: $14.99 USD per month
• 7-day free trial available for new users
• Payment processed through Apple App Store
• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled
• Cancel anytime through your App Store settings
• No refunds for partial months

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use TaleDreams to:

• Generate content that is harmful, abusive, or inappropriate for children
• Attempt to manipulate the AI to produce offensive content
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the service for commercial purposes without authorization
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the AI models
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of information you provide (names, preferences). You grant us a license to use this information to provide the service.

Generated Stories: Stories generated through the App are for your personal, non-commercial use. You may share stories with family members but may not publish or sell them commercially.

Our Content: The App, its design, features, and underlying technology are owned by TaleDreams and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. AI-Generated Content

Stories and illustrations are generated by artificial intelligence. While we implement safeguards to ensure content is appropriate for children, AI can occasionally produce unexpected results. We encourage parents to review generated content with their children. We are not liable for any AI-generated content that may be perceived as inappropriate despite our safety measures.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TALEDREAMS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the App at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes when possible.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the App or by contacting support.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms in the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
